A little taste of your day-to-day
* Own the kitchen/stewarding area - keep on top of supplies and equipment, and removing waste
* Clean and maintain kitchen, fridges and freezers to a high hygienic standard
* Ensuring there are clean plates, cutlery and other equipment is readily available for guests and colleagues
* Collaborate with other departments and take on ad-hoc duties as required
* Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents
* Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment
What we need from you
* Experience in large-scale operations such as hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants is particularly valued.
