Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide case management services to clients in the substance use disorder inpatient program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work.

Coordinates mental health and medical appointments.
Assists clients in securing personal identification such as drivers license, social security card and other government IDs.
Coordinates any legal components, costs, fines, etc.
