The Recovery Counselor will be an advocate for clients and link them to community services as needed.
They will provide client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illnesses and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach.
The Recovery Counselor will provide at least 60-75% of all community support services in the community.
They will engage clients that are not already linked to services and will build relationships to help increase their receptivity to services and treatment.
This includes a focus on clients involved in the criminal justice system and clients that are experiencing street homelessness.

We are seeking to hire a Project Manager to contribute to our Project Management Team at Italian sites.

JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing projects related to Commercial packaging projects in addition to supporting manufacturing and packaging Development and Technical Transfer projects in Italy.
This includes effective project planning and monitoring, strategic alignment, multidisciplinary internal/external team coordination, process facilitation and communication both internally and externally.
The position will require Project Management of multiple technical transfer projects and potentially ANDA/NDA development projects.
This will involve working with the R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Technical Service management and team members to develop appropriate project management systems for an organization undergoing considerable growth.
The Project Manager must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, develop project plans (timelines) and ensure the plan is executed on time, complete agendas, meeting minutes and risk registers.
The position will require building positive working relationships that span all levels and functions of the organization and will report to the Vice President of Project Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
* Manages the assigned Adare projects for Pharmaceutical Development, Technical Transfer and Packaging projects via optimal project planning and monitoring as well as coordinates with cross-functional project teams to deliver project results.
* Leads internal and external (customer) meetings, completes agendas, meeting minutes and project timelines using Adare’s Project Management System.
* Manages internal and external customers expectation and critical development timelines.
* Tracks and ensures monthly and yearly forecasted revenue targets are being met for assigned projects.
