The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff.
The receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.

POSITION SUMMARY Tampa YMCA Pre Team Gymnastics Coaches work with children ages 4-17 that are interested in training for the competitive levels of USA Gymnastics.
Coaches will ensure team practices are run safely, consistently, efficiently, and effectively.
Coaches will work with gymnasts, hands-on, and ensure that team gymnasts advance at appropriate levels and are trained to prepare for competitions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Works closely with the Gymnastics Director, and other coaches, to attain the best results for the team and individuals.
Assists in identifying participants in recreational program to transition to competitive team.
Develops weekly lesson plans to assist in program development and individual progression of skills.
Instructs participants in USAG compulsory routines on Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Vault.
Observes participants and communicates ways to improve techniques learned.
Communicates effectively with youth of varying ages.
Travels and attends weekend competitions with the team gymnasts.
Explains and enforces safety rules and regulations and the use of gymnastics equipment.
Routinely inspects equipment to ensure it is in good working condition before and after use.
Reports immediately any damages, equipment failures or potential safety concerns to director supervisor.
Returns equipment to proper place after use.
Completes all necessary paperwork and record keeping (i.e.
skill sheets, attendance, and progress reports.) Ensures safety protocols at all times, reporting accidents or incidents immediately.
Establishes and maintains a professional image and rapport with parents, members and students.
Follows YMCA policies and procedures regarding the safety, health and welfare of members, program participants, guests and staff; responds to emergency situations in accordance to facility policies and certification requirements.
Attends and actively participates in all trainings, staff meetings/in-services as assigned.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
