Responsible for checking gas meters for leaks and corrosion.
This includes visual inspection and ensuring all required paperwork / drawings are completed.
While on-site, the technician will be responsible for identifying any abnormal operating conditions along with accurately filling out all forms associated with the inspection visit (form may be electronic or paper).
The starting pay for this position is $20/hr.
while training and $20.60/hr once fully qualified and working independently in the field + Up to $750 in bi-weekly production-based incentives.
These are daytime, full-time positions and overtime may be required.
Instructor led training will be provided.
This position may require you to work weekends.

Description
Responsible for performing People & Culture (P&C) / HR related duties on a professional level including onboarding, training, employee relations, & employment law compliance..
Maintains and enhances the organization's P&C initiatives by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and P&C policies, programs, and practices.
Requirements
Provides support in functional areas of a P&C department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training.
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
Onboarding new employees, which includes training P&C systems and reviewing Handbook and other related materials with new employees.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Respond to staff requests and concerns in a timely manner
Ensure complete and accurate P&C data and records
Assist HR with the preparation and execution of monthly functions
Manage and maintain P&C forms to ensure all managers and employees have the most current versions
Develop and modify forms for improved efficiency
Practice good employee relations
Continually look for process improvements in procedures, systems policies, and make recommendations for enhancement
Check General P&C information phone line and return calls in a timely manner
Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
Assists in benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
Maintains Dayforce records and compiles reports from database
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Complies with: Dental Depot policies and procedures; OSHA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; and HIPAA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Position may be required to relocate to other Dental Depot clinics either permanently or on a short-term basis due to office needs, on an as needed basis at the discretion of Management
This position may complete other Administrative and Maintenance tasks as assigned by Management

Som HR Specialist ansvarar du för våra processer kopplade till Engagement, Employee experience & Talent.
