Job Description:

Responsibility:


* 负责指定区域的销售组织和客户管理。


* 管理销售活动，发展销售团队，确保为所有客户都能提供最高水平的服务。


* 通过领导能力的发挥，以达到或超过公司的短期和长期目标。


* 控制销售部门的预算，实现业务回报最大化。


* 发掘新的业务发展机会，协调市场和其他相关部门等。


* 掌握BW工作所需的基本的专业知识和产品知识


* 区域学习的理论知识和简单跟台场景的知识和技能应用


* 将基本的专业知识和产品知识应用到实际工作场景，提升学员在阵发性房颤、RVOT PVC和AFL的跟台实践和客户沟通能力。


* 精通阵发性房颤跟台、产品及客户沟通能力掌握室早和典型房扑的跟台
