Our Team

Molex is growing in the Optical Solutions Business Unit and is seeking a Business Development Intern to join our team this summer within the Fiber Optic Connectivity Group.

What You Will Do


* Support building a model of market size and a strategic plan


* Research and analyze National Broadband maps to identify target customers


* Other projects as assigned

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, or related technical degree program


* Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead



* Prior internship/co-op experience


* Demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, and communication skill


* Demonstrating a passion for problem-solving and a drive to learn and grow

For this role, we anticipate paying $27 an hour.
