Are you a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who thrives in a supportive and team-oriented environment? The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is looking for a dedicated full-time LVN to join our PM shift team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

✨ What You'll Do


* Provide direct nursing care and supervise daily activities of nursing assistants.


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.


* Monitor and document residents' conditions, care, and progress.


* Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.


* Support and mentor CNAs, contributing to a positive and efficient care environment.

✅ What We're Looking For


* Active LVN license in good standing with the State of California.


* Current CPR certification.


* Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a compassionate attitude.


* Excellent communication and leadership skills.


* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
