National & International Project Support Manager

The National and International Project Support Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support for national accounts, international customers, and managing large-scale projects, including Transit projects.

The position requires strong expertise in customer service, ERP systems, and automatic door products, ensuring seamless execution from project initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and subcontractors, delivering exceptional service and maintaining project profitability.Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management (or equivalent experience).


* 5+ years in project management, customer service, or account management roles.


* Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar).


* Strong knowledge of automatic door products and related technologies.


* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.


* Ability to manage multiple projects and work across diverse cultures.


* PMP certification preferred; Six Sigma or similar credentials a plus.


* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).

Skills & Competencies:


* Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP platforms.


* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
