As a Team Lead in Cash Vault Profile Fulfillment, you are required to guide the team in delivering process reviews, and operational improvements.

Job Responsibilities


* Conduct process reviews and validations to support business partners


* Identify opportunities where analysis drives significant operating outcomes and efficiencies


* Contribute to high-level business initiatives and assist with metric reporting


* Design predictive and forecasting models to improve operations


* Collaborate with metric owners to identify key causes behind data trends and irregularities


* Monitor trends and best practices to add value


* Champion process improvements by dissecting current processes and implementing enhancements


* Coordinate workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks


* Facilitate communication between upper management and employees


* Generate and submit performance reports


* Evaluate new employees through interviews
