Job Description:

The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, Customers’ meetings and ECPs Coaching, Administrative activities.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:


* Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners


* Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations


* Support the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Cooperation with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives.


* Facilitate the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation.

 

JOB REQUISITIONS:


* Bachelor Degree Optics-Optometrist


* Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens


* Fluent Italian, Intermediate English


* Driving license B


* Location: Rome (Preferred)
