The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position.
Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance.
Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package.

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for managing regional capital plan and projects from concept through scope definition, design, costing and planning.
The Reginal Project Engineer is also accountable for successful installation/construction, documentations, start-up and follow up assessment of the projects.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
* Job is an individual contributor.
* Work closely with plant personnel and Reginal Leadership to develop capital appropriation budget and provide input on engineering, purchasing and installation requirements for capital projects.
* Lead and manage assigned projects to meet timelines, budget, and quality requirements.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute all capital projects performed in a cost-effective manner in accordance with corporate and production requirements.
* Generate preliminary cost estimates.
* Develop project CRF (Capital Request for Funding) and manage ongoing costs.
* Solicit, review, recommend, and obtain approval on bids for project work and equipment required.
* Responsible for project vendor selections, cost negotiations, and approve invoicing.
* Oversee plant construction management effort, document retention, start-up, training, and acceptance progress for each project.
* Maintain detailed records for each project such as action plans, timelines, roles and responsibilities, cost tracking, and status against plan.
* Review project records periodically to assess problems encountered, progress made, solutions identified, and opportunities to share learning and expertise among operations throughout the organization.
