What you will do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

Regional Controller Director, EMEA

This position reports into the VP, Assistant Corporate Controller and will be located in Prague, Czech Republic.

The Regional Controller will be responsible for leading the legal entity statutory financial reporting for EMEA, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely filing of financial statements.

This will involve coordination of local audits for regulatory compliance.

The Regional Controller will further review the quarterly US GAAP financials and support US regulatory filings.

They will oversee the EMEA commercial accounting function, which governs recording of revenue completely and accurately.

They will provide leadership in the region and serve as the bridge for BU Finance and our Corporate Controllership teams.

They will partner with other finance leaders in the region to ensure sound understanding of our legal entity and consolidated regional balance sheets.

They will become a trusted, credible, and knowledgeable financial leader who partners effectively with multiple stakeholders.

They will effectively manage and develop the regional team of LE Controllers and Accountants.
