Pay: From $58,000/yr

Schedule: Full-time

Work Location: In Person

Duties:


* Manage and supervise the dietary department staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling


* Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessments and health coaching


* Utilize budgeting skills to maintain cost-effective operations while meeting nutritional requirements


* Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards


* Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal nutrition for residents


* Work with the registered dietitian to ensure resident's dietary needs are met

Experience:


* Previous experience in a managerial role within a dietary department is preferred


* Familiarity with long-term care environments and patient care practices


* Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively


* Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs


* Previous experience in state survey audits preferred but not required

Experience in HEALTHCARE FOOD SERVICE management is preferred.
