We are looking for a Nurse Unit Manager that will supervises CNA and staff nurses on the unit, as well as oversee all patient care.

* M-F business hours, plus on call when needed


* Up to $45 /hour (based on experience)


* Full time, Part Time, and PRN positions available

Requirements:


* Graduate from an accredited nursing program


* Current Tennessee Licensed Nurse


* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients'


* Exhibits leadership skills

Responsibilities:


* Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.


* Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.


* Assuring that appropriate nursing care is provided


* Assisting with medications and treatments


* Supervise and coaching of nurses and other nursing partners


* Participating in various meetings daily and monthly


* On Call when needed


* Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
