As a Travel Coordinator responsible for coordinating District members Canada wide travel requirements and the Region's travel needs; duties may include scheduling flights, accommodations, and car rentals, coordinating car pools, and procuring necessary documentation.

Ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget

As a Travel Coordinator you will...

• Be r esponsible for booking all aspects of travel including receiving initial and change trip requests through various mediums (telephone, fax, and e-mail), completing all pertinent trip details and providing timely itineraries.

• Back up for the Territory Office general admin duties

• Answers incoming telephone calls to the Territory office • Takes and refers messages • Routes calls to appropriate employee • Support booking meeting rooms • Timely reconciliation and submission of corporate visa expenses • Support for Territory Office event planning and coordination

The experience we need...
• Administrative experience, travel is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills required, with the ability to multi-taks • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
