Manager, North America HCP Reporting & Operations

This role is for the analytical analysis of North America (Canada, U.S.

Federal Sunshine, Colombia and Brazil Transparency reporting and U.S.

State Transparency reporting) and other related data sets.

The role is responsible for (1) analyzing BMS reported data to Canada, U.S.

Federal and State governments, Colombia and Brazil and (2) providing insight into HCP interactions with BMS and the costs involved with these interactions for applicable North America countries.

The Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of analysis capabilities within the North America Transparency HCP Reporting group, as well as the creation of procedural documents to support the analytical work

The following responsibilities relate to the work involved in the role in order to meet the accurate and timely reporting for applicable North American Transparency Reporting countries.


* Create, model, and implement new data architecture and analytics solutions for internal analysis related to Transparency HCP reporting.


* Responsible for designing and implementing processes and layouts for complex, large-scale data sets used for modelling, data mining, and research purposes.


* Analyze and assess data collected related to HCP interactions as well as reports generated for errors or inaccurate reporting, including Compliance concerns.


* Assemble and integrate public and internal data sets associated with Transparency HCP reporting to facilitate intelligent analysis of customer, business and industry trends and activities.


* Provide business insight and information from analysis of internal and public reported Transparency data regarding HCP interactions and expenditures.

Work closely with business teams and other end users to define requirements and formulate solutions to analysis and reporting needs.

Analyze data and recommend changes to business practices.


* Creates monthly and quarterly “Dash board” reports for executive presentation on HCP reporting.


* Remains current with all North America laws and regulations related to transparency and disclosure, including Federal Physician Sunshine Payment Provisions, applicable U.S.

state laws, Canadian, Colombia and Brazilian and other regulations.


* Prepares for and complies with all North America transparency disclosure laws and other related Compliance initiatives pertaining to interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Organizations.


* Conducts routine monitoring of transparency and disclosure activities, data analytics and the development and execution of reports to address areas of risk associated with aggregate spend; develops recommendations and communicates recommendations to mitigate such risks and communicates results.


* Develops and enhances collaborative relationships across Legal, Compliance, IT, vendors and business clients.
