Business Analyst - Home Health

Performs a variety of duties relating to the Information Technology applications, specifically in Home Health, which provides remote access to the patients medical records for home health and hospice care providers.

Responsibilities include: Assisting with design, development, implementation, and support of information systems for the organization; Planning, development, training, implementation, and evaluation of application functionality; Working with the team and key customers to ensure appropriate development, training, and implementation of application functionality.

Special Considerations

• Associate or bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.

• Experience working with healthcare information systems.

• Academic institution or large integrated health system experience preferred.

• Experience working with clinical information systems or system implementation teams for

complex projects and/or application development is preferred.

• Experience working with interfaced/integrated multi-vendor applications preferred.

• Experience implementing and electronic medical record.

• Required to pass Epic certification exam in sponsored by employer

• Must be able to travel to Wisconsin to attend Epic certification training sessions.

• Must be able to work overtime and/or flexible hours as needed to meet committed project dates.

Must be self-directed and able to work autonomously in a professional and productive manner.
