Jobseekers applying for a job using
CV
By
submitting your CV for a job vacancy,
you will grant an employer and/or recruitment
agent access to your CV.
Employer
and Recruitment Agency
By
registering as an employer or recruitment
agency, you will be asked various information
about your organisation and your contact
details. This information will be used
in your corporate profile which allows
you to promote your organisation and is
viewable to all users.
Cookies

cookie is a piece of data stored on your
computer tied to information about you.
Jobit uses cookies to identify you on
some sections of the site so that Jobit
can be customised for you personal preference.
For example when you return to Jobit,
the home page may show you information
that is relevant to your location or job
preference. These cookies will not at
any time contain any personal data about
you.
Log
files
Like
other standard website servers we use log
files. This includes internet protocol (IP)
addresses, browser type, internet service
provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform
type, date/time stamp and number of clicks
to analyse trends, site administration,
track a users movement on the site and gather
broad demographic information for aggregate
use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to
personally identifiable information.
Tell
a friend
If
you elect to use our referral service,
such as forwarding on job details to a
friend, we will ask you for the recipients
name and email address. Jobit will then
automatically send your friend a one time
email inviting them to Jobit. We will
not send any further emails to the same
email unless you decide to send them another
email via the referral system.

Jobit
contains many links to third party websites
which have no connection whatsoever with
Jobit. Please be aware that these third
party websites may have different privacy
policies and therefore we recommend that
you view their privacy policy before supplying
them with any personal information.
Communication
from Jobit
Jobit
will occasionally email you information
and news about Jobit. Details of how opt
out can be found at the bottom of the
any email you receive. However, you will
not be able to opt out of some emails
such as verification of registration email
and website maintenance and service emails.

will notify by email you of any change
to this privacy policy. However, if you
have opted out of all communication from
Jobit, or deleted/deactivated their account,
