As a Program Specialist you will provide support for the NPI and Engineering/Manufacturing departments in terms of SAP program assistance.
This support includes integrating new products, processes, and equipment, as well as maintaining activities that support current production within the company.

The Program Specialist position is a part of our Plant Engineering Team, where you will report directly to the NPI Manager.
As a Program Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work at our new greenfield plant in Siemianowice Śląskie and collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including those in our international environment.
What You Will Do
* Establish new raw materials, equipment, and product titles in the system (Master Data = basic information)
* Maintain the Master Data information of the project and production phases including creation of new part numbers, BOM's, product routines, control plans
* Open test runs and inform the project and test run groups about the opening
* Link project-related costs to the right project structures
* At the end of the project phase, you transfer the information of the new products to the production planners, the maintenance of the information remains with the Program Specialists (SAP & Coupa)
* Create purchase invoices related to projects
* Together with other experts, active participation in CAPA studies, corrective and preventive actions
* Within SAP primary interactions will be with the Global Master Data Manager, Engineering Master Data Stewart, Program Analyst and the Product Classification group

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading various programs with different global cross functional teams focusing on launching new programs flawlessly in a timely manner with expected quality and profitability.
