POSITION SUMMARY
Staff Pharmacist, Sr.
Manager, Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)
Responsible for the management and performance of clinical pharmacy fulfillment operations.
Responsible for Operations Quality Improvement, Efficiency enhancement projects, driving the process in the dispensing of prescriptions and maintenance of prescription records within corporate, legal and regulatory guidelines.
Responsible for maintaining and reporting operational performance, cost management and responding to escalations.
Responsible for ensuring quality and service standards are maintained and aligned with client specific contractual requirements.
Align and work with management on annual strategic planning for pharmacy operations, sales and marketing.
Responsible for holding the pharmacy licensure where pharmacy is located and in states or territories requiring Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to be licensed in order to achieve non-Resident Pharmacy permits.
The PIC shall be the pharmacist named on the facility pharmacy permit and on the facility, non-resident permits and has the responsibility for ensuring, and the authority to ensure, that the site complies with all state and federal laws and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy.
The PIC's responsibility is to ensure that pharmacy is practiced in a safe, lawful, ethical, and professional manner at all times and maintain pharmacy security.

* Daily participation in work related to clinical and non-clinical activities
* Resolve issues and escalations with clinical and non-clinical teams in a timely fashion
* Serve as a key stakeholder in the process development and providing of exceptional internal and external customer service
* Align and work with manager on the strategic direction of pharmacy operations
* Own the daily execution of dispensing, verification, and shipping of prescriptions within the corporate and regulatory guidelines.
Responsible for any and all procedures within the licensed pharmacy.
* Ensure quality and service standards are maintained along with client-specific contractual requirements.

Job Description:
Our Pharmacy Technicians serve as technical experts to call centerteams to assist with efficient resolution of member and client related issues.
They provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
Act as a liaison between pharmacists, pharmacy, account management, customer service and the patient to research and resolve problems that arise.
Recognize and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
Uses full knowledge of the job to perform activities that support pharmacy management operations under general supervision in the administration of pharmacy benefit for lines of business.
Typically a certified pharmacy technician.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and license REQUIRED
• Experience working in a call center preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Health Plan setting required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Translate prescriptions filled out by the prescriber and enter information in the patient's profile in accordance with state regulations.
* Quality assurance, prescriber and patient outreach and adverse event reporting.
* Research current and past prescription orders
* Maneuver through several different systems
* Process overrides and work exceptions on prescription orders
* Serve as SME and assist with questions/issues for team members in coordination with supervisor.
* May perform training assistance with training of co-workers.
* Participate in Lean and continuous improvement efforts internal and external to the department.

QUALIFICATIONS
* High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
* Valid Pharmacy Technician (Training) license in Arizona or Missouri - certification/registration as required by state laws.- Must be willing to obtain full licensing & certification within 2 years
* Basic math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills desired.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
* Ability to learn internal systems, processes and programs as needed.
* Problem solving skills.
* Ability to learn complex specialty therapies and processes.

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by
your supervisors.
Essential Duties
• Use the wristband or photo card file to identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., as necessary.
• Use only authorized abbreviations established by this facility when recording information.
• Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
